Chad's Talent

My handsome husband decided to flip off one of the cliff at Frenchmens Lake. He's such a kid at heart! I love him!!

Hailey Belle is three months

My baby is getting too big too fast!!! She's three months in these pictures! She loves playing in her jumperoo. She is the first baby to suck her thumb. She's very easy going and loves to be held. AND she sleeps through the night!!!! My other girls didn't for a long time.

Jackson Meadows

We had a chance to go camping at Jackson Meadows with some great friends. The weather was a little cool and it rained a bit but we had a great time. Doesn't Hailey look funny with her lifejacket on?! She was a good sport about it though. I tried a new recipe which was dutch oven ribs; they were awesome!!!! They were so soft! We brought the boat with us to wake boarded and knee boarded. It was pretty cold but it was great.

My little family loves making faces in pictures!

Sorry this is sideways, I wasn't thinking!! :)

Driving to San Diego

On our way to San Diego, I wanted to stop and let the girls run around. So I thought that it would be fun to walk down one of the orchards and check out the trees. While we were looking at the trees ( we think they were plumb trees) Lauren started screaming!! She had tons of red ants crawling up her legs biting her. She had about twenty bites and we got bit a couple of times while trying to take off her clothes and get rid of the ants. They were really mean!! After we got back to the car, I said that we had to stand by one of the trees and take a picture. We had to document our trip! I know I'm mean, but we checked for ants first. :)

Little Rest Stop

We decided to stop in LA and find a park or somewhere for the girls to get out and run. We were so lucky because the exit that we took lead us straight to this place where we could ride ponys, trains and have lunch. We had a good time.

Beach

Our hotel was a block away from the ocean. So we went down and saw the seals come up to the beach area. The water was cold and very salty. Duh- I know but I guess that I am use to Lake Tahoe's water. Nice and clean!!

Legoland

While Chad was at his meetings, the girls, Lisa (Chad's sister) and I went to Legoland. The girls had a great time! It was a perfect place for little kids. All of the statues were made out of legos which Lauren had a kick with. We only got about half way around the park but we rode on a lot of rides and by the end of the day the girls were so tired! It was great!

San Diego Temple

We had the chance to go to the San Diego Temple to take some pictures. I just love this temple!! The girls thought that it looked like a castle.

Drive Back

On our drive home, we kept noticing these yellow signs that the "Congress created dust bowls" and we didn't understand what they meant. So at a rest stop we asked and they said that Congress had to pull some of the water rights or I guess how much they could use so A LOT of their crops died. I felt so bad that this was going on that I had to take pictures of it.

Aubrey's performance

Aubrey performed at UNR again with the Sierra Nevada Masterworks Chorale. Even though they only had a small part at the end of the program, it is so fun to see her on stage. She is a very outgoing girl and it's cute to see her developing her many talents.

Little Gym

Lauren has done so well at Little Gym! She has no fear! She loves the bars and the beam. I'll need to get a better video of her doing the bars to post. It is so neat to see her progress, eversince her hip surgeries. She is my little monkey!! She insisted on wearing her new swimsuit to Little Gym that day. :)

Hailey's Blessing

We had a very special blessing given by Chad's dad. Since this is our last baby and Dick has never had a chance

to give a blessing, Chad let him do it. Dick gave a wonderful blessing to Hailey. It was really special, thanks Dick.

A Great Weekend!!!

We had a great weekend with our family in town. We played games, played rock band and just hung out and shared great memories. I love my family so much and it's fun to get together.

Now here are some beautiful pictures. I saved my favorite one for our baby announcement.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Saturday we decided to color eggs for Easter. We had a good time. I tried to be a good parent and let Lauren get into it. I would give her an egg to color but she kept cracking it. That's okay, it just colored some of the egg whites.

Life with Three!!

Wow, life is so different with three kids!! I apologized to Chad this morning because I feel that I'm just sitting around sometimes. He thought that I was being goofy. I feel that all I'm doing is feeding Hailey, changing her diapers (this morning 3 poopy diapers in an hour and a half!!) changing our clothes because she spit up all over them, trying to clean up after Lauren and her peepee accidents... Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I just saying that life is different. I love being home with the girls, I wouldn't want to miss this time with them. Lauren is starting to talk back and tell us what's right and wrong. Oh dear!! On a cute note though... Hailey threw up all of her milk and got me, her and the chair all wet. After changing our clothes, I went down stairs to clean up the chair. When I looked at it, it was all clean and dry. I could of sworen that it was wet, and then Lauren said, "I cleaned it Mommy." Sure enough, she had gotten a towel and cleaned up the milk and then threw the towel away. I thought that was SO cute!! She did that all on her own. Anyway, I just wanted to share my thoughts on three kids. I don't know how my Mom did it with seven kids! Good Job Mom!!
